Your Gift Changes Everything

In Malawi, $25 buys seeds that feed a family. $100 funds a month of after-school programming. Every dollar has a name on it.

Choose Your Impact

Every giving level is tied to a real program. You're not giving to a general fund, you're investing in something specific you can follow and cheer for.

Why Your Gift Is Different Here

Extreme Transparency

We publish real numbers on how your money is used, no vague percentages, no PR spin.

Real-Time Updates

You'll receive photo and video updates from Malawi so you can watch your investment grow.

Relationship, Not Transaction

We're building toward a future where you know the families your gifts support by name.

Already on the Ground

Our founding team brings over half a decade of experience in Malawi. Your gift hits the ground running, not a learning curve.

Driven by Faith

We believe we are called to love our neighbors. This work is an act of obedience, and we take that seriously.

We Need $12,000 to Open Our First School & Clinic

$8,000 builds the learning center. $4,000 launches and stocks the health clinic. Together, they change everything for an entire community.

Before You Give

Is Africa Community Development a registered non-profit?
We are a nonprofit organization with a federal EIN, and we have applied to the IRS for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status (Form 1023, currently under review). If approved, tax-exempt status is generally granted retroactively to our date of formation, which may make gifts given now tax-deductible, most likely for the 2026 tax year, or 2027 depending on when the IRS approves. Because approval and its timing are not guaranteed, we cannot promise deductibility for a specific year. All gifts are applied directly to active programs, and we will notify all donors once our status is confirmed. Please consult your tax advisor.
How is my donation used?
100% of your donation goes directly to our programs on the ground in Malawi: building infrastructure, training community officers, running the health clinic, and supporting our education programs. By comparison, charity watchdogs treat 65 to 75 percent as the benchmark for how much of a donation should reach programs, with Charity Navigator giving full marks at 70 percent, meaning up to 30 percent of a typical donation goes to overhead and fundraising. We publish detailed financial updates so you can always see where your money goes.
Can I give monthly?
Yes, and monthly giving is one of the most impactful things you can do. It gives us the consistent, predictable funding needed to plan long-term programs, pay community staff, and keep services running without interruption. $25 a month can permanently change the trajectory of a child's education.
How is this different from giving to large non-profits?
What makes us different is our size, our model, and our focus on relationship. As a small, community-rooted organization, we can move quickly, minimize overhead, and build authentic connections between givers and the families they support. We're also tackling health, education, and agriculture together, because we believe that's the only way to make change stick.
How can I stay in touch?
Plenty of ways. Follow us on social media (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok), and follow our WhatsApp Channel, where we post regular updates, photos, and stories from Malawi. Soon you'll also be able to connect directly with the families and children your gift supports through phone and video calls (coming soon).
